I have started gym after a 6 years of gap, before joining to gym I have taken all heart related tests like ecg, 2d echo, troponin I, tmt all were normal now after 2 days of my gym I am facing left chest pain and left hand elbow pain too, even I am facing right chest pain which is less compared to left chest, can i continue my gym i am doing both cardio and weights, doing very lightly, due to this chest pain i have taken 2 ecgs with 1 hour gap, attached kindly let me know the report analysis. I am bit scared by hearing the news like few people died due to gym.and i am 28 years old. Kindly let me know your valuable information regarding the same.bit scared with left chest pain.
