Iam 50 years old female, high bp patient Recently 2d echo done it was 200/100mmhg my bp while doing echo IVS-16MM PWD-15MM EF-60% ALL others are in normal range Valves mitral valve thickened all others normal DOPPLER data E/A 0.9/1.2m/s, MR-grade 2 +(2jets) Tricuspid- PASP-30MMHG, TR-TRIVIAL Pericardium- normal Vegetation-nil Aortic- normal Final diagnosis Concentric lvh+ Lvdd grade 1 No RWMA no EFFUSION No clots Normal pericardium Doctor suggested me to control the bp rest is fine once you control the bp MR also get minimised, that set he didn't say much. He said cool nothing to worry if control bp and then do 2decho after 6months you get good data. Iam quiet anxious iam very active suggest anything about report
