Heart Problems & Remedies

I have been telvas 20 since 2 months..my bp is 110/80...do I need to take it lifelong..I had started taking it for reduced diastolic compliance...bp was always 120/90..130,/100 before..plz advise

Sir it will be 2 months since covid came to me.  Chest pain left hand pulling neck pain comes from 1 month No sleep, 5 times ecg is normal, I consulted a medicine doctor.  Does not decrease.  There is so much fear.  But pulling at the elbow in the left hand.  Comes with left shoulder pain.  And a week ago there was pain in the upper part of the chest and the skin turned red, and again today there is a little more upper chest pain.

Sir I have a  fluctuating Blood Pressure of 115/75 to 140/87 , Sir Why The Blood pressure is fluctuating.

I feel heartbeat in my stomach when i am laying down and my stomach also move with heartbeat...what is the reason..my ecg also normal..what should i do now??

It's been months i am suffering from needle like chest pain, always in left breast or below the breast (rib area), rarely in right side. Multiple ECGs have been done & even a chest x ray and all my reports came normal. Some doctors prescribe Lungs infection medicine, and other gave me antacids and gerd tablets believing it's acid reflux. I also have kidney stones of 4mm (right kidney, left clear) and i was diagnosed with GAD & Panick Attacks, where the pain radiated from chest to shoulder..sometimes i believe it is the same pain which comes and goes but I'm free from GAD & Panick Attacks... My Needle like Chest Pain is sometimes very severe and uncomfortable. But it comes and goes, it doesn't really provide me any harm but  sometimes it becomes very painful and uncomfortable. Please Help.

Can you check my ECG and advise.i had slight chest  shoulder and stomach pain.it was transient in nature.so I consulted doctor and got a ECG done.ecg finding was slight at elevation in V3 v4.but doctor said it is ok.

What could be the reason of palpitations if my ecg and 2d echo is normal. Thyroid,vit d3 and cbc is normal. I get some weird feeling in my stomach. And also I get tired very fast. If I climb stairs my heart beats very fast. I've tried beta blockers and everything.

My pulse is ranging between 40 to 167. I am a HR Professional and my physical activities in a day are accordingly limited to spending long hours at desk with little bit of driving, walking around and climbing stairs. Is it a normal range to have for someone who engages in above activities? I am not facing any issues or symptoms as such. Pl guide.

Please suggest my bp is continues fluctuating with no reason last six months. Morning time showing 125/85 , evening time 130/88, sometimes 135/90. I was facing anxiety problem 3 years ego. But that time bp was normal and I am a patient of Ankylosing Spondylities . I was took 6 months etoricoxib 90, now m only taking saaz ds and stator - f for cholesterol. Please suggest

Can i consume Peanut Butter on a Daily Basis as My Cholestrol is high So iam Confused Weather I Should consume it or not
