Heart Problems & Remedies

Greetings sir/ mam These are images of my CCTA which was done 3-4 years back.. The images are not clear as my heart rate was fast due to anxiety.. Now I have same symptoms like chest pain, dizziness, arm pain . I want to know significant blockages can develop in 3-4 years? Is repeat test needed? If yes than if I consult any Cardio here will he prescribe the same for me?

Our cardiologist has recently prescribed flecainide 50 twice for my mother who has arrhythmia issue and recently suffered a stroke due to it she is also taking concor 2.5 and aspirin 150 ,atorva 80 and xarelto 10 to prevent further stroke my concern is about flecainide safety with her current heart condition as it has some abnormalities and doctor checked the lvef before prescribing it was about 40-45 . I have read on Internet that flecainide is not safe for people who have structural heart issue which is there in my mother's echo kindly suggest. And since starting the medicine today we checked in our Apple Watch many times afib was detected even more then before taking this medicine.

I did yesterday ecg I have left chest pain since 1 year I did echo, tmt two months back normal still left chest pain... Yesterday I did ecg...i attached ecg plzz sea sir... ...

I have anxiety disorder recently my symptoms have gotten a little worse i get tingling in hands now, stomach pains and burning, elbow and back pains, shortness of breath.Recently i have been sweating way too much at times my hands, feet and forehead. I also sense really strong pulse in my hands to my fingertips and feet its in the bottom left of the feet that entire part pulses with the pulse while lying down.I have had numerous ecgs, echos, stress tests came back normal.I have POTS aswell my heart beats really hard while just walking around.I also have raynauds syndrome but the worst part is it happens all over my body leaving red patches after it stops it feels like burning pins hitting my skin was limited to hands now its entire body i have bleeding gums aswell and recently for some reason my wisdom tooth started hurting every time i was eating or putting pressure against it after alot of stress the pain lasted for few hrs which doesn't make any sense.Please let me know what i do?

I am a 30 year old male. I have had an forehead osteoma removal surgery. As a part of the procedure an ECG was taken a few hours before the surgery. It saya borderline ECG and widespread ST elevation in it. What does this mean.

I had back pain which radiates to hands and chest.i have undergone TMT on 20/02/2022,which was negative today again I had pain ECG was advised kindly check.if TMT is normal do we have to go for ECG everytime pain is there.

My smart watch shows sudden spikes in heart beat rates once in 2-3 days even while I'm sitting idle. What's unusual is that I see the time frame for this spike and realise I was not exercising at that time. The heart beat rate goes above 130bpm even while I'm not walking/exercising. Is this normal? I see this spike only once in 2-3 days.
