High CRP, HS-CRP, Triglycerides, LDL
Hi, my mother (Age-51) was facing pain in her left hand, back & sometimes chest also. She have some cervical pain and have symptoms of Cervical Spondylosis(Strong dizziness, Pain in cervical area). We did the blood & urine test from which her CRP value is 6.6 mg/L & hs-CRP value is 5.6 mg/L. Is this issue related to related Heart or just inflammation or something else? How soon should I consult a cardiologist? She takes Setex A tablet daily. The other imbalanced values for reference are Vitamin D= 7.83 ng/ml Triglycerides= 277 mg/dl HDL= 31 mg/dl LDL= 127 mg/dl VLDL= 55.3 mg/dl LDL/HDL= 4.1 Hba1c= 6.5% (Glucose=98.4 mg/dl, No past history of diabetes) Blood Urea= 9 mg/dl BUN= 4.2 mg/dl Hb= 10.8 g/dl Ferritin= 6.5 ng/ml

She has Dyslipidemia ( High cholesterol) And her hemoglobin is low Low hemoglobin results in low Oxygen to heart resulting in pain which is in centre of chest more of heaviness/ squeezing pain specially on exertion Which is associated with left arm pain

Consult a cardiologist for evaluation ecg / 2D echo and TMT test ( treadmill test)
