Chest heaviness since 1 year
Hi sir
I am having chest heaviness and i have done all tests related to heart , xray and USG chest but nothing abnormal in any test . But this is not leaving me and i am in complete loss of interest and feeling anxious always . Till now I have taken some 14-15 ecgs and 2d echo two times and tmt also done last year in April .
Please find latest ecg taken two days back
Please let me know what is the cause and how to come out of this one

It's normal ECG. Symptoms are anxiety related.
