Heart Problems & Remedies

I have pain in my left chest for very long and sometimes in left hand. Is this any kind of heart disease symptoms? what kind of tests should i go for ?

Respected Sir/Ma'am I recently had my routine blood check up and it has come to my attention a part of lipid profile which says hdl cholesterol has come low , Request you to please tell mw what steps should I take next to increase it, I am 23 years old vegetarian with a height and bodt weight of 6'1ft and 65 kgs respectively and a rare  occasional drinker

At day time my pulse rate is in between 80 and 95 But after breaking my fast my pulse rate is in between 95 and 102. BP range 130/70 Should I visit cardiologist??i am 23 years old.

Age 26 Home reading after all the tests First reading 133-83 Second reading 121-74 Third reading 127-76 I am always a little anxious while measuring bp even in clinic when bp was measured for the first time my bp was 150/90 but then 10 minute it was 120/74  and also i took all the necessary tests to Clear doubts Ecg-normal 2d echo normal Tmt-negative Usg abdomen normal Renal Doppler normal Lft normal Lipid profile normal Total Cholesterol was a little high 214 for which i started daily walking. So my point is bp of 120-135/75-85 is normal?

My father is Under statins from 2 years, i wanted to know if artery blockage or narrowing can be reversed through medicine, diet and lifestyle?

Hi, I am 26 years old and have low bp. Last night when I checked my bp, the reading was 86/65. During periods they drop even lower sometimes and I get severe cramps and I have even fainted sometimes. Please let me know what are the causes for this, also remedies.

Dear Doctors, Could you please suggest me on controlling Triglycerides? Just got tested self to see the levels. As per my today's blood report, Triglycerides:278 mg/dL (ref. Level <150), cholesterol: 184 (ref. Level<200), VLDL Cholesterol: 55 (ref. Level<30). My LFT, KFT, Thyroid is normal as per report. My ECG is also normal (got tested self a week before). Here, only Triglycerides is High. I am 6feet tall, 78 Kg, 3-4 days walking/per week.  I do consume only beer(alcohol) in a week/fortnight. Can I control my Triglycerides level without medicine (by following lifestyle changes) or medicine is required? I would be thankful to your kind suggestions. Regards
