Can anxiety affect when we measure bp
Age 26 Home reading after all the tests First reading 133-83 Second reading 121-74 Third reading 127-76 I am always a little anxious while measuring bp even in clinic when bp was measured for the first time my bp was 150/90 but then 10 minute it was 120/74  and also i took all the necessary tests to Clear doubts Ecg-normal 2d echo normal Tmt-negative Usg abdomen normal Renal Doppler normal Lft normal Lipid profile normal Total Cholesterol was a little high 214 for which i started daily walking. So my point is bp of 120-135/75-85 is normal?
