My BP measures 130/85
My BP measures 130/85 & today it went 140/100 my age is 38 & weight is 123 with height of 5'11". Sha I start with a Bp medicine. Please suggest

Hello, We need to monitor your BP twice a day for 3 consecutive days and if most of the readings are high then we have to start medicines Take care
