Heart problems
I'm experiencing the rapid heart beat with chest and left arm pain consistently for the past one year. I don't know why it happens but I want to know the reason. I also would like to know  how to overcome this problem.

Get an ECG done. If the chest pain exertional or non exertional? If non exertional, it could be musculoskeletal in origin. If musculoskeletal, postural changes and paracetamol will help. If exertional could be cardiac/chest cause - to be ruled out via a chest X ray and an echocardiography.
