I've a pain in the centre of my chest, where the breastbone is located. It occurs when I take certain positions, like when I stretch or bend down. It feels as if something is pressing the area. I've been having it for the past few weeks. There is no shortness of breath as such.

So I have been on blood pressure medication for 2 years (I’m 32, 40mg of nadolol and 20 mg lisinopril) and lexapro and brupopion for my anxiety and ddepresseion. A few weeks ago I went on a trip and 10 days ago I got diarrhea and a little dehydratated. Started getting orthostatic hypotension, a lot, every single time I stood up I got dizzy for like 15 seconds. I told my blood pressure and is 85/55. Very low, I’m obese and even with my medication is usually 130/85, so I stopped taking the medic

Hi, I am having jaw pain and left arm pain, sometimes sharp pain and dull pain comes and go, but there month ago I took ecg, x-ray, 2d echo, stress TMT all are normal no issue to report, now I am having pain in jaw and sometimes chin and neck, I am really scared whenever I am having chest pain, I can climb stairs without issues, please suggest me doctor what should I do, I am having muscle pain aswell neck pain...

The middle Right side of my left chest pains while moving or pressing that location, with a vein tingling sensation. Once an heavy dumbell 2kg fell on my chest, since then i feel pain if i apply pressure but rarely. Last week while climbing stairs i got breathlessness, dehydrated & felt dizzy but no chest pain. Got an ecg that night & 1wk later followed by 2d eco+stress+xray test+tropt+cholesterol Results came normal with an exception of stress test which i abandoned in 2nd stage due to breathlessness. Also note i have had very unhealthy oily outside food entire 2 week before my symptioms. Doctor prescribed me pantocid, but i still feel pain if i move or press that area of my chest. Please guide whether it is cariovascular disease or due to injury. The pain is more frequent and sensitive now as compared to earlier and i think while doing 2deco the doctor pressed to hard on my chest with his device which is what also i was feeling then. Please guide what is my exact cause of my pain.

How chewing tobacco is harmful to me, if it is so. Let me inform with clinical evidence. In that condition,how can I get rid of it. Please note that my several attempts have become fruitless. I have to surrender before carving.
