Hi, I need to be clarity on my pain, whether shoulder pain and neck pain does cause Heart attack, because last 2 months and till now i am having those pains neck, jaw, shoulder and arm, so i took ECG, stress TMT and chest X RAY and 2D echo all are negative, one day my pain is ok and another day its painful , Please let us know what is the problem, but i can say that i dont have heavy chest pain ..

Hi Doctor, I am a 32 year old women, 5.2 ft, 72 kg. For past 2 months I have been a dull pain in my chest and left hand up till my fingers. The pain isn't constant, at times it's for few minutes or hours. And there is discomfort in chest at times feels like a burp is stuck or a pinching like pain. There isn't any pattern that I have observed. Sometimes I also feel LITTLE better after passing air or burping but not always. Frequency of burping is gone high in last two months. After consulting a doctor I have done my ECG, 2DEcho, NT Pro BNP and Chest Xray which is all normal. My blood sugar is normal but my B12 is low. Doctor has suggested me to do a stress test and asked me to take Ecosprin AV 75 and Aisa. What could be the possible reason for this discomfort?

There is heart edema what is the problem i have more heart bump before and I went to docter he said me there is heart edema and said me it is no problem many young person have that problem and he wrote me Problok 50 and Vitamin how aboit that

Ive been having heart pain for the last 3-4 days and its a sting that comes and goes from my left chest and I'm terrified. I smoke but I'm stopping now cuzz I'm so frightened. I don't have shortness of breath or any other heart risk symptoms just a pain that comes and goes and I'm very scared. I quit caffeine and upped my water intake. I dont think I'm gonna die but I really need to know and or hear advice. Im 20 years old.

Is there any pathology called as low blood pressure? Or those symptoms like sweating and dizziness  are of hypoglycemia?
