Heart Problems & Remedies

I have mild chest pain in both side..mostely in right side.back  both shoulder blade burning sensation and tenderness.ECG and Chest exray done which comes normal.4months before diagnoised with ileal ulcer and panick attacks.so chest pain and shoulder pain is related my heart or for other reason.

Dear Sir/madam, Today I went hospital for Gerd Chest Pain (severe). They injected Pan Injection, But The Chest Pain still continuous, So the doctor guided to take ECG Scan. Then to meet Cardiologist. but due to some personal fininacial problem i return to home. So can anybody review my report and tell me is it normal or abnormal?? i have attached my ECG Report

Ecg, echo, tmt are good. But till filling chest pain and filling fear. IGg test also good.Is this my heart problems

Having Legs swilling, had pan, weight gained, Since last 2 -3 years, checked up with 3-4 reputed doctors but no result found. Kindly suggest.

I walk 2km .do yoga.but now a days we feel pressure in reasting time . when work no problems .but stress in mind.i went Dr so ECG eco and CT engioraphy is normal.show bp but in control.so I think about heart problems.which affect my daily routine.
