A pain is happening in the centre of chest with a feeling of something been stuck in there . Is it a sign of heart attack please help

I had bypass surgery in Nov. 12 and I am regularly taking the mentioned medicines. I go for regular checkups every year. Please suggest whether the doses and medicines are right or I need any changes. Regards Sumat

Having chest pain since one year,Ecg ,2d ,Tmt normal.Both the sides of pain mainly left side muscle.It happens regularly ,consulted no of doctors but still suffering using gastric tab regularly .when pain occurs feel like shortness of breath,mouth dry.Please suggest what is the problem

My cholesterol  was 206 n triglycerides was 467. Doctor prescribed statin 10mg and fenofibrate 145 mg. After taking for sometime , lipid levels significantly decreased. Two months back, i stopped taking these medicines, cut down sugar, sodium, oil and started one hour daily walking. My question is , should i repeat lipid profile test? In case it is again on higher side, which i am suspecting, wat is your recommendation, dietary changes or continue again with lowest dosages or alternative safer medicine. One thing like to mention , have been taking beta blocker namely metolar for hypertension

From past few days sometimes I feel sharp pain for about 30 or 60 seconds near right side of my heart is it normal? Or I need to see a doctor?

When i have food , while swallowing my left side ,below the chest it pains, from four days near to heart.

Dr say i got nerve blockage,but dont know as its normal in 2d echo doppler,so i wondering how doctor says it as its normal in the report
