From Few Days I Am Having Chest Pain Mostly In Middle But Sometimes Left And Right Too. There Is Pain In Back Stomach upper stomach arms shoulders and sometimes in neck. From 2 days the pain is of stinging type. I feel my Heartbeat is too fast. is It A Heart Attack??

I smoke marijuana every evening before bed. Recently, I was prescribed metoprolol (50mg) for high blood pressure. I stopped smoking because I was unsure how my body would respond to the metoprolol, but more importantly was scared how the two would interact. It has been more than a week of no smoking?
