What is high cholesterol diet
Hello. I’m a male in my early 20s and I have been gaining a lot of weight. I have been told that one should avoid cholesterol diet to lose weight. Can you please point out the foods that have high cholesterol and I should avoid?

High fibre, whole grain food, less cholesterol diet, daily moderate grade exercise for 30 min. Maintain BMI <25, MORE OF VEGETABLES AND FRUIT
