Heart Problems & Remedies

Please guide me regarding Lipid profile report. We have family history of coronary heart disease, high cholesterol. As per report S. cholesterol is 192 S triglycerides is 128 HDL is 49 VLDL is 25.6 LDL is 117.4 S.cholesterol to hdl ratio is 3.92 Report is attached.

My blood pressure is high for quite sometime and fluctuates in minutes going up and down.My heartbeat increases when doctor is about to take the readings..Now after few high readings i have been prescribed bp medicine..Will taking BP medicines at the age of 26 have any adverse effect on me in tge future?

Dear Sir/ Madam, My name is Sanjay, last two Months I am facing problem regarding small pin point pain on my chest. I have visited one doctors at my place and he is recommended ECG and Blood tests. I did those tests and he concludes..no problem about your heart and told me "pain due to Gastric". He given medicine Rablet D and Met XL. Can you help to tell me, as per ECG, any problem to heart...? What should I do...? I do not smoke, I do not drink, my weight is 59Kg, my height is 158cm. I am uploading my ECG & Blood test report, TMT, 2D Echo. Please help me and save me . I am 65 years old. as previously i had minor heart attack, i got 3 sterns in my heart. as 3 months have passed i have 2 problems - burning feet & shortness of breath. 2nd problem is reducing but my legs burn as feels very hot. i have kidney & gastreology problems too. red Blood with stool was a problem before heart attack. now it continues too. creatinine level 1.7. What is the reason for burning feet? can you suggest me a diet?

I m having pain in my left chest in ribs just below man breast. The pain is more when I press that area and I don't have any breathing problem; however, my cholesterol in on boarder line high based on recent health check up and my Echo 2D was normal a 20 days back.
