I need an advice regarding heart healthy diet, exersize, and daily lifestyle, what thing I may avoid

Every time when I eat something which contains lots of fats like cheese, myonise, butter etc then I feel pain in my left arm and it lasts for atleast 5-6 hours. Could you please let me know the possible reasons for this?
