I think I have a problem of high blood pressure from last month. What should I do to control. Please suggest

Hello, I am student and one day I woke up dizzy and with the headache. My mom checked my blood pressure and it was 130/80 and normaly it is 110/75 the orher day it was back to normal. She said that this could happen due to stress, not sleeping. But I also read many things on the internet, how people don’t feel if they have a high blood pressure and more and got a bit scared. So if you are a healthy fit person it is normal to feel if blood pressure changes, rises?

I am not taking any medicine for blood pressure, is it ok to have 140/100 blood pressure in the morning & 135/95 A's day progresses?

My mother has bp 200/100 ,though our family physician gave her some medicine like stemlo5 So does she require any extra care? Her age is nearly 46 and weight is 76.8 kg

Sir/mam my father had a penic attack on January 12th 2018 I was getting his treatment done from AIIMS Delhi. After all the tests doctor said he is ok now and come for re-check up after 6 months means on September. Now from yet he is feeling chest pain and blood while spitting.
