Hi.. Be rest assured... High cholesterol by itself will not cause any symptoms.. It's only when high cholesterol has caused formation of plaque within arteries that outward symptoms become manifest. Your symptoms need to be evaluated by a physician first. If you want to check your coronary status a treadmill test may be advisable as part of preventive check ups.
