I have immense pain in left arm since 2 months.it started only few days after I had saline in left arm iam also experiencing fast heartbeats.i had painkillers and also used sprays still there is immense pain.what could be the reason?...plz suggest some remedy

My wife is suddenly feeling very tired. She describes "end of day tired" while sitting still. However, it is mid morning and she has only been up 30 min. I took her BP and found her BP to be 113/69 with a pulse rate of 99. She now reporetd that she is sweating. Is this an indication of a significantly abnormal condition?
