I am taking metpure am 5 tablet for hypertension for last 6 years.my triglycerides levels are 320.what treatment I require.

My BP in Morning or when I fast is always around 110-120/70-80. MY BP after eating food goes around 140-150/85-90. Is this hypertension?  What type of hypertension I have? Is this dangerous? What should I do? BMI of 25, Physically moderately active. Plz help thank you...

Hi, is mibeta plus 10 tablet is safe to consume for heart palpitations . I have litte palpitation problem due to anxiety disorder mainly. I don't have any other symptoms of heart disease and all test are normal. Bp normal. My GP prescribed to take 1 tablet per day mibeta plus 10 for a Month and gradually lower the dosage and stop it completely. Please suggest
