Sir i have left chest pain continually from past 5 years i have done tmt echo and ecg all are normal.

I am taking Rosulip F 5  and Telma 20th daily. What are likely side effects of each. Do we need to take these lifelong ?

Sometimes, i’ll feel like my heart is beating in the middle of my chest and it feels like it’s beating in my throat but then it’s gone after a couple seconds.

From yesterday night my mom feeling chest pain and diarrhoea so today we go to hospital and they do ecg and said it's muscular pain. What test we do to confirmed that pain is not cardiac type. Due to public holiday today no cardiologist available. Pain is shock type near left chest

Sometimes i feel heaviness in cheast and also little pain in chest.it happens any time and also feels heaviness while breathing.

I am 16 years old 5’9 150 lbs. I am having this thumping feeling on the left side of my chest it’s been happening for a few days no it comes and goes and feel it on certain movements but most of the time I could be still and feel it. I noticed today that i also feel it on my right side but not as much as my left. It feels as if I have a sharp heart beat.

My Total Cholesterol is 227.33 Ldl 154.72 Triglycerides 160.06 Non Hdl 186.73

I did lipid profile test . My report is as under . My total cholesterol is 130 . My Hdl is 30 . My ldl is 70 .my triglycerides is 143 . My vldl is 28 .. pl advice .. I hve hypertension and on medicines prolomet Co 50 and erilartel ch

Patient is hypertensive and Diabetes for quite some time. He is also under ATT for last 10 weeks and had sepsis last Tuesday. His Lvef is 25-30%. Sugar is not stable and BP also fluctuates. He was earlier having Monospirin also which was discontinued when brought for surgery which did not happen due to low lvef. Doctors have not restarted Monospirin and he has been discharged this Monday and is bedridden. He had hypernetromia and was treated for same. Due to same his medicine was changed from Losar H to Losar. Please advise basis medication listed.
