My Husband went through a lipid profile checkup in month of March 2018, in which triglycerides level was 350 mg/dl and other components also high. Again we test it in June last week, the triglycerides level increased from 350 to 386mg/dl . I have attached the both the reports. Please recommend us what we need to follow to decrease the level of triglycerides and ldl level. Do he need any medication for decrease the cholesterol level. Please do suggest us.

I've just undergone a full medical checkup. My health conditions are all normal and I am generally fit. However, I feel a few causes of concern: Globulin 1.6 mg/dL (range is 2-3.5?), SGOT 169 U/L (limit is 40?), SGPT 65 U/L (limit is 40?), and a normal GGT. My ECG has a comment that says sinus bradycardia. Please help me out regarding the abnormal levels and ECG output. Should I be worried or could this just be a result of physical strain or exercising? Looking for a practical answer - Thanks!

Hii doctor. i used to have some fears about death and all from december 2017.then i developed some anxiety and acidity. i went to homeopathy and general physician.thwy said that the pain i m getting in chest is because of acidity and gave me tablets. Now i want to say u what is happening now. I am having heart palpitations and pain in chest in the left in the back of chest and also head ache some times..i feel like fainting some times.. now a days i m having some blood mucous in nose. pain in lwgs some time which go away. i had all thesw before and got 2D echo test.they said i have trivial MVP.and MR.I got this done in march it seems. still i have those pains sometimes.can u please help me doctor. i have heart palpitations they race some times at 100bpm. i am also attaching my ECG and 2D echo report that was taken in march 2018. please check and say me what to do. i m using etizola beta 0.25 tablets from few months. now how to cure that Mvp i m very tensed .please help

Hi doc, I recently had my health check up and everything looks normal but under chest xray doc showed me something old infection and suggested me to check with chest specialist. I am having little chest pain and would like to know if this is related to the old infection mentioned in my report. Report says : Couple of thick walled small size cystic/bronchiecticatic lesions noted at left hilar region. Thickened right C-P angle...S/O MILD PLEURAL thickening F/S/O old infective etiology.

Hello Doc, Today while I was jogging, I had a sudden feeling like something dropped in my chest. Or it could be my heart skipped a beat. It was just for a quarter of a second. Before I thought of stop jogging everything was normal. I continued my jogging. But I was unable to do my routine exercises thinking about the feeling I had. My dad, 70,had CABG in 2013, he was on Deplatt A 75 initially and then Deplatt 75 since Nov 2017. His platelet counts were around 45000, when blood thinner was stopped for 3 days, platelet count came up to 150000;doc then prescribed ecosprin 75.Now after a month platelet has again dropped to 44000? All other parameters like WBC, RBC, haemoglobin are within range. Please advise whether to have ecosprin on alternate day or change medicine.

Total cholesterol 199, HDL 35, LDL 121, VLDL 43, TRIGLYCERIDES 216, CHOL/HDL ratio 5.7. Does it require any medication? How to reduce triglycerides level and improve HDL?
