Had a bypass surgery on 30th June 20 days back, please see the images and advise about it's condition of both the legs. Prescribed anti biotic dose I.e Moxhet cv 625 × 2 times a day and levofloxcin 500 × 1 times a day

I feels that i having a shortness of breath,pain on both the arms fingers,sometime throat is also hurts,last month i took stress tmt,ecg,chest xray and echo all are fine, but i am feeling left shoulder pain,2 day back also i went to hospital and took ecg,chest xray all are fine,what is happening, i am really scared should i need to take TMT again? but not feeling discomfort chest but feels like my heart has a problem is due to Anxiety or muscle pain?my bp is getting high 140/80, last week 120/80

Hi. I am having lil bit anxiety issues now a days. I get nervous easily. My ecg report is attached here. It's of may. Doctor said I was having anxiety disorder. My pulse rate is most of the time around 90 . Pressure 110-112 /75-80 around. I still have palpitations sometimes and that time I really get nervous and tensed. I am 40y/m , hypertensive and asymptomatic. My routine tests reveal raised TG above 500mg/dl, raised cholesterol, vldl. Decreased Hdl. Normal Ldl My uric acid is 9mg/dl. Borderline creatinine 1.2mg/dl and normal urea. My liver enzymes raised marginally but bilirubin normal. CBC, urine ,TFT, blood glucose are WNL. I m on telma 40mg/day for 6months and normotensive now. What would you advise for dyslipidemia, hyperuricemia and deranged LFT.
