Heart Problems & Remedies

I'm on three high blood pressure meds. I've been on them since I was 30 years old. I'm 50 now. Anyway, on most days, my BP is about 140/80., but sometimes it goes a lot higher. However, when I'm active for an extended period of time, my blood pressure drops very low 105/60 or so. I get exhausted, light-headed, etc. It's odd. It's very difficult for me to engage in physical activities because of the drop in BP. Any explanations?

Nsr incomplet ecg is observed in ecg, heaviness in head, weakness,lower back ache,mild pain in left chest and gastritis

My chest(left side) has been paining since January . Though the pain is not severe nor usual but every time it pains it makes me feel uneasy. Most of the time the pain is due to overthinking. What should I do ? Thank you .

Hi, We have a daughter 9 years old who is having heart murmur since birth. We are following up with pediatric cardiologist regularly for doing 2 D echo since she is having heart murmur. Findings:Mild Valvar pulmonary stenosis-peak gradient 38mm Hg.Pulmonary annulus -15mm,MPA-13 mm We are very concerned about our kids health and need to understand what could have raised this issue and what are the consequences in future. Is there any risk due to this. What precautionary steps we need to follow .
