Can some one kindly check this ecg. I had bouts of chest pressure and breathlessness . Something about poor r wave progression

Having heart palpitations. Feeling like fast heart beat and vibration on my left side. Echo and ecg reports are normal. Doctor gave me metzok and clonazepam but i am feeling shortness of breath due to this but my heart beat is controlled only some vibration is felt. I am taking this medicine from last 2 days. How much time will it take for palpitations tp be stopped in my case. I am attaching my reports also.

Greetings to you docotr. I have anxiety and panic attacks... my heart races may a times. I dont know what is happening to my heart :-( i have sinus arrhythmia. how to over come all these doctor. can u suggest me any exercise or else any activity to do..so that i can get rid of them.I am 22 year old and i am having pains near my chest..and sometimes i hear my heart beat in my ear and near shoulder sometimes. Is there any problem doctor. ECG stated sinus arrhythmia. 2D-ECHO is fine and normal TMT is also normal. But doctor why i am getting these pains and pacing heart beats. From yesterday i have been having pain on my arms and chest while breathing. And difficult to breath while lie down. And also a little stomach upsets. What will I do? I attached his ECG with this message.

Hello , I'm 30 yrs old unmarried girl, from past 2 weeks I m having pain and discomfort in the center of my chest, and I can felt my heartbeats running very fast,and this pain always occur while sitting or lying on bed,sometimes felt a pain in left shoulder and arm and blackouts for a very short time (mini seconds).
