I had done sonography of my abdominal yesterday and i want to know that my abdominal aorta is normal or not. Sonography report: Abdominal aorta measures 12.5mm shows wall to wall filling

I have immense pain in left arm since 2 months. I neither had any injury nor did fall anywhere.i had acidity, indigestion,sore throat last month which is under control now.iam also experiencing fast heartbeats since 1 month and immense pain in left arm.what could be the reason?...plz suggest some remedy.

I am suffering from palpitations and shortness of breath. Feeling dizzy, lack of energy, getting tired easily.at times while I'm asleep I'm waking up with increased heartbeat.usually my BP is always 90/50 and pulse between 50-55. But when I'm feeling the palpitations it's around 110/70 and pulse is 90.after few minutes it's normal again. With reference to my family doctor I went for an ECG. The report says it's sinus bradycardia.kindly suggest what should be done.im married and have 2 kids.im attaching my report.

2 days ago I felt nauseated suddenly. It subsided a bit but I spiked a low grade fever... bp was 86/43.. felt dizzy and uncomfortable.. yesterday I had a fever, nauseated and unbelievably tired. Pain in my left shoulder down to the elbow, middle of my back and chest / abdominal area. Today, chest pain just a little left to the center of my chest. My left arm and my back. No fever but I do have a headache. I feel I cant breathe right but not gasping.

I have homocysteine level of 29.9 mcmol/L According to thyrocare. Is it higher than normal? Also my 25-OH Vitamin D is 7.01ng/ml. please suggest maintaining normal levels of vitamin D

I am 27year old male. I am on high BP medicine telma 20 and prazoprrss xl5 from last 1year. Sometime my BP goes to 140/90 or 150/95... I am very much frighten.. please help me ... I thought of heart attack or stroke
