Sir my uncle suffuring from heart failure , Lv grade 1 daistolic dysfunction and aotosclerosis aortic regurgitation ,EF-64 % ,we are tens plz suggest sir

I have HBP, sometimes it goes above 180, there is some medicine to lower the bp instantly, some drop. Can I take any kind of medicine, only when no other options available? please suggest.

Can splenomegaly or GERD lead to Left Axis Deviation in ECG without any other abnormalities? My cardiologist says, LAD in me is normal as it is not accompanied by any other factors.

I am scared whenever i am having a left arm,shoulder and neck pain, even tough i took all the cardiac test such as"ECG, ECHO 2d, Stress Thread Mill" but still i have the upper body pain and sharp chest pain which long lasts for min 1 Minute,still i have to scare for cardiac issue.i dont have sweating problem,i can walk upto 3KMS without any problem, by thinking about the pain my BP increases,last week also i donated blood while checking my BP it is 120/80, while going to hospital my BP is 160/80
