I have chest pain left side, 4months back i do ecg and 2d echo is normal.i have fatty liver so ido walking and excercises daily twice and eosophagitis am taking pantoprozole tab from one month. From 4days i have pain in the chest left side and headache left hand pain not in shoulder. Yesterday i take ecg it shows abnormal q wave v6 i feel something in the chest and hard. Please suggest me

Chest pain in left side

Last week my mother had 2d echo test. In reports it shows that she has mild mitral stenosis with trace M. R. and mild T
R. The mva is 3 cm2 by plainimetry. Mitral peak gradient is 3.8 mm/hg
Lvef is 70%
All chambers are normal in size and mitral valve is slightly thickened.
