I woke up from sleep to slightly heavy chest pains that become more obvious when I breathe in deeply or change positions. Never had a chest problem and no family history of heart disease... Could it be a heart problem? Need help.

I have done PRO BNP test and its not normal the value of it is 800. Now i want to ask what is the further treatment or how it will decrease ??? It can decrease with medicines or else??

Last week my mother had 2d echo test. In reports it shows that she has mild mitral stenosis with trace M. R. and mild T R. The mva is 3 cm2 by plainimetry. Mitral peak gradient is 3.8 mm/hg Lvef is 70% All chambers are normal in size and mitral valve is slightly thickened.
