My echo and all heart related blood tests were normal.then why some times I am getting sharp pain in my heart and right shoulder blade pain

Can someone explain this report please. What is the problem exactly.what We have to do now. Please guide

Squeezing recurring chest pain, like pinching in center of chest. Done multiple ecg, echo,tmt but normal. Pain still there. Heart rate goes to 120bpm or 100 usually.  90/145 bp. 40 years age male. I take Pure vagetarian food with out oil. No smoking or drinking.  Not married.

I am 22 year old male and i feel abnormal pain some time in my chest and some time in back side of chest for 30 to 40 second for last 2 years and afrer 40 second i am fine what may be the reson ?? I take following medicines for chest pain for one month but now i want to stop those medicines.report are attached plz check. Can i stop medicines. Metpure xl 12.5 (stopped after 15 days) Concor cor 2.5 (ongoing 1 month happend) Can i stopped concor cor 2.5 ? How ?

Hi, I recently got a check up done at Asters hospital. Firstly the blood tests were done and then ECG was done. However, the ECG report showed abnormal( I can send the scanned picture if needed) So I got it done again and then it shows normal. Secondly, my cholesterol values shows 380. I'm an active sports person and im a vegetarian. I'm not sure why is the value showing up so high. Please help. Thank you
