Suffering for chest pain since 6 months,ecg normal pain starts at left side muscle nurve.It happened regularly both the sides using gastric tablets regularly but no use still suffering.due to this pain I can't speak

I have been feeling chest pain on the left side of my chest. on and off but tonight it isn't as it has been in the past week or so. I dont have any breathing issues not have I any heart issues before but this pain just doesnt feel usual

Whenevr I visit doctor my BP is near to 145/80 to 149/100 But check at home is under control near to 120/80 to 130/80 How can i cure this please guide

I am feeling Chest pain on left side from last one year. In a year i counsulted many reputeded cardiologist however all telling same Costochondritis. But i feel sometimes chest discomfort and pain when deep breathe. I am not sure what it is and when i will get rid of the pain. Its really scary for me every time since its related to heart. Doctor says muscles spasm. I have produced all ECG.,CHEST X-RAY, HRCT SCAN, BLOOD TEST, LIPID PROFILE all are normal. I am not able to concentrate my daily office work due the pain. Please suggest what next i can do for proper diagnosis and proper treatment please help me.
