My mom is having chest congestion, suffocated fom the past 1 year she is under the medications of cardiologists

Left side Chest pain, earlier occasional but since 10 days it is regularly, feel relief' if consume some like warm water

My father hav ischemic heart disease and we regularly visit cardiologist but frm last month he feel so weak and tablet is not soo much effective, and doctor said angiography is not possible in this condition.  plz tell me wat to do so dat we can do  angiography.  plz suggest me something so dat he fell well , they hav weakness plz tellme something on weakness and proper diet

Most of the times, I have shortness in breathing, fatigue, and my heart beats so loud and fast. Even though I was doing absolutely nothing, it just happens. Also my heart literally aches. What condition do you think I have? Do I have arrhythmia by any chance?

I've a pain in the centre of my chest, where the breastbone is located. It occurs when I take certain positions, like when I stretch or bend down. It feels as if something is pressing the area. I've been having it for the past few weeks. There is no shortness of breath as such.

So I have been on blood pressure medication for 2 years (I’m 32, 40mg of nadolol and 20 mg lisinopril) and lexapro and brupopion for my anxiety and ddepresseion. A few weeks ago I went on a trip and 10 days ago I got diarrhea and a little dehydratated. Started getting orthostatic hypotension, a lot, every single time I stood up I got dizzy for like 15 seconds. I told my blood pressure and is 85/55. Very low, I’m obese and even with my medication is usually 130/85, so I stopped taking the medic
