Can i perform muscle building exercises if i am on BP medications and do i have to take these medicines for lifetime?

HI, I want to know that why my BP reading differs in right arm and left arm whenever I check my BP it showns in left arm 125/81 122/79 and in right arm 130/80 135/83 and some time 133/77. Should I concern about these reading.
Kindly give advice.
