I am 27 years old and suffering from chest pain. i take MET XL 50 at night but my bp still rises up to140/90 after 10 PM

Hii doctor, total cholesterol is 108 with a star what does it mean... i have heart palpitations i got ecg ,2d echo and tmt done...all are normal... please do check both and say me what to do doctor.

My wife have a chest pain on middle. ECG and ECHO report is normal. Her age is 29 yr. Height 5 ft, weight 79 kg. She is also face thyroid issue but last month report is normal she is taking 50mg thyroid tab. In April first week her miscarriage, after miscarriage chest pain issue is started. Plz suggest.

My dad (Age 64 years) is having a pain in chest. Our family doctor says that it is due to acidity. Just for confirmation we did ECG, ECHO & cardiac stress test. ECG & ECHO test was normal but after stress test doctor suggested to do the Coronary Angiography. They also did the blood tests & sugar, cholesterol, HB is normal also BP is normal. They only found the B12 deficiency. Please advise can we go for Coronary Angiography OR not.

Hii doctor.i m male aged 22. I am having heart palpitations from 6 months because of anxiety and fear about what might happen in future. With anxiety and indigestion, I got pain in the chest and the back of chest and most of the times i feel dizziness. then i got ECG,TMT,2D ECHO done. they are normal.abdomen ultra sound is also fine. urine test is also fine. i have high ammount of hemoglobin and RBC. i dont consume alcohol or cigar. Can anyone suggest me how to cope with those palpitations. any medications or else any natural cure for palpitations and anxiety..i m feeling very vad from the last 6 months because of this. i will feel very happy if someone takes time to clear my douts in the comments box. thankyou so much in advance doctor. i have attached my TMT and blood test report.

While walking my mother has got chest pain and also got breathing problem. She also diabetic and bp problem.

I am a 22 year old female who is a dancer (normally low resting heart rate and pretty healthy) I do suffer from a small arrhythmia and episodes of SVT when I am dehydrated. Four days ago I developed a cough and some rather severe chest congestion with no fever, runny nose headache etc. But I have been having palpitations, having a history of heart issues I am very familiar with the sensation. The cough has not gotten worse, but it hasn't gotten better... should I be concerned?
