I am 35 years old. I have felt some little bit pain nearby heart o for one or two time for two to 5 second in 24 hours daily. I want to know that whether is it normal issue or not.?

My father has a high blood pressure and diabetes (recently detected). He has been experiencing chest pains in some intervals and sleepless nights. Please advise

I have been diagnosed with an extra beat which I was told was benign. I have noticed I have pauses and then palpitations following these hard beats and most of all, when I check my heart rate on my Apple Watch or anywhere I check it, even when I’m completely still, my resting hr fluctuates from 68 down to 61 and back to 63 then back up to my normal 68-70. Is it normal for it to change like that while being completely still or should it be beating at the same rate?
