Heart Problems & Remedies

I live in a hostel. I got hurt in my chest today. Actually my friends were doing fun in my room. I was also present there. One of my friends slapped me on my chest. Actually he patted me on my chest. Will anything happen to me? Will my heart get damaged because of that?

Pls let me know what is all about in the report, the report is shared , the diagnosis was done regarding heart but HCV result is mention , am confused

I am feeling Chest pain on left side from last one year. In a year i counsulted many reputeded cardiologist however all telling same Costochondritis. But i feel sometimes chest discomfort and pain when deep breathe. I am not sure what it is and when i will get rid of the pain. Its really scary for me every time since its related to heart. Doctor says muscles spasm. I have produced all ECG.,CHEST X-RAY, HRCT SCAN, BLOOD TEST, LIPID PROFILE all are normal. I am not able to concentrate my daily office work due the pain. Please suggest what next i can do for proper diagnosis and proper treatment please help me.

21 Male I have palpitations ,chest discomfort, light headedness , fatigue and occasional sob for a few months. Sometime cold feet and bluish finger nails. Recently I'm having upper stomach discomfort and gas. Blood tests had shown B12 and VitD deficiency and so took supplements for 2 months. Felt bttr after supplements. But problems have started again. All other blood tests normal. Normal ecg , eco Doppler and chest x Ray Halter report said sinus tachichardia only. Please help.
