Have lost my elder brother due to heart attack seven month ago. From then m very much concerned about my health specially heart health. I get panic attacks n have anxiety due to this. Started taking medicines as well.My question is that I have TMT and echo done five months ago. Do I need to go for more check ups or how frequent should I check my heart health??

I am looking at my 2D Echo and it state AV mildly thickened, MV with trace of MR and TV with trace of TR. What causes this and how do I improve this thickening and trace? Hello Doctor, As I am trying to evaluate different options for my Dad, doctors told me to go for CABG instead of EECP, so I researched a bit more on CABG and found MICS. So in my dad's case who has 90% block in RA and 90% and 70% block in LAD with a smaller block of 50-60% in the area near to arota in LAD. So in this case is MICS possible as he is not having any other issues with good heart function.

What should I do , how to reduce . Bitamin B D is also very low I,e 8.46 Pls revert  how to maintain the level of these two
