Heart Problems & Remedies

I'm feeling little bit pain in the hart when Im angry or doing some physical activity. I have done heart checkup. ECG, echo and TMT. Doctor said my heart is good. What else could be the reason for the pain.

Taken dexona on friday nyt n today got inferior infarct can i take ecospirin 75 is it k or i can get side effect Or also i want to know lyk this infract is side effect of dexona
