Left Hand and Left side chest pain.

Asked for Male, 31 Years

From last 4 month i m having pain in my left hand and left side of chest. some time its pain from from my neck toward to sholder. I show it to cardiologist he says is not a heart problem. i also done a stress Test but is Normal. Please suggest me

Looks like neurological pain ,like of cervical spondylosis. Since stress test is negative, its definitely non cardiac.
