I have been having mild anxiety for the last 2 years, getting easily irritable at times, losing cool etc. Have been doing meditation n exercises so far. Recently I have heard that magnesium supplements are good for controlling stress, good sleep, heart health n overall health etc, and I have started taking the same 100mg per day before sleep n see some difference.
