I have a problem of high blood pressure. Reason is not known. I suffer from PCOS and insulin resistance as well. Although I take glycomet for my PCOS and my dr had suggested ciplar 10mg double dose for my blood pressure and I have been taking those since the last 7 months and my dr had said to stop ciplar and now my BP is 130 /98 ...I am very sad and I don't know what to do about this ..what could my blood pressure be linked to...I am overweight ...is that the reason? My height is 157 cm and weight is 69 kg...I had recently lost weight but gained again...I really want to get rid of BP and at this age if I am suffering with this problem I may start to face other problems which come with it. I had tests like renal Doppler etc which were all normal. What could be responsible for my high blood pressure? Please help!

I had afib 2 months ago. Had a cardioversion to get me back in sinus. Then was on blood thinners for 6 weeks and been off them for 2-3 weeks. I’m still actively on diltiazem since 2 months ago. Today I was working outside in the sun pulling weeds for 3 hours. Now my heart goes to 130 when doing something simple like walking to the bathroom on my pulseox

When i drink water i  feel fast Heartbeat for 1 or 2 second .. is this serious ... . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

From some days I have light pain in my chest in left side during some time randomly when i breath large I have done my ecg but its normal
