My bp was recorded 140/80
Is this reading for high BP ?? Plz advice I did a lot of driving the last 3 to 4 days .. How can I reduce it ?

Yes considered as high BP only can take 2-3 more readings if all matches than high BP is there, reduce weight, reduce salt intake
