Constant chest pain
My grandma is pretty old now the problem is she is feeling massive pain in chest we took her to the hospital but all the blood test are clear X-rays are also clear the ct scan shows weak brain.

High probability of anginal pain at this age, blood test and x ray are expected to be normal in this, even ECG and echo may be normal.
See a cardiologist, he will recognise anginal pain correctly if present, and treat accordingly
