Constant Pain over chest

Asked for Male, 39 Years

Dear Doctor, I am 39 years old going to become 40 soon, my weight 113kg. Height 5feet six inches. I have Asthma from childhood, High BP from 2011 on medication stamlo 5 mg once a day, urticaria I have Cetzine daily from 2011, and ulcer from 2011 recently was on Esogress D medication. My recent ECG and Echo cardiogram is fine. I have constant pain over chest with slight pressure feeling. I don't know is it heart or ulcer? Please advise what test to do to know the cause of pain over chest?

Please try to loose some weight. You are grossly over weight for your height. Your heart will be tired of pumping blood constantly for you and will fail eventually. Try to live a disciplined life. Exercise everyday as per your limits and eat right
