Constant upper chest pain
Dear sir,
I have constant chest pain from lower side of throught to upper side chest pain. The said chest pain is feel like pin point chest pain. I have high bp issue and my body is obese also. I consulted to my physican and he do ECG but same is found normal.
Currently I taken proponolal tab per day 1 and rosuvastatin tab per day 1.
Please suggest is it any cardiac problem or it is musuclar problem it self.
