Advice needed regarding heart issue.
I was suffering from swelling in ankles and leg after prolonged sitting. So i visited Cardiologist to rule out C.H.F He advised certain blood tests. He advised BUN test, S.creatinine,Blood urea ,uric acid test ,U/E too. Every result came back normal and he told that i am not suffering from CHF instead the swelling is due to dependant edema. Please tell if i need ECG or echo also to be done as my cardiologist doesnt adviced me this test. I have heard that only these test detect Heart Failure.
