I am feeling so tight sometime and getting pain on middle chest and right side shoulder. I am having this pain for last 5 months.

I m feeling chest pain when i am pressing my chest otherwise it is ok. Pain is mostly upperside just below coller bone and right side

I am getting black mucus in morning not everyday but sometimes ,Can anyone please tell me summary of attached x ray report in simplest way?

My father has been diagnosed with three blocked arteries of which one is blocked 100% second one 80%..Doctor has suggested bypass surgery the best option ...Should I go for it or look for safer treatment as he is mentally not with prepared for the surgery.. Notably he is suffering for hypertension and sugar which is at 180... Below I am attaching his reports.. Please kindly help me with the right treatment

What is given in an angiogram report. I was given a printed report. Later i came to know that a cd should be given as a proof. Then i asked hospital and they provided after taking some charge. I am concerned that why dint they provide in a first place. Can there be a catch? They should be giving it in case we need to consult some other doctor.

I am a 44 year old man and I am already a heart patient. I have developed pain on the right side of my chest and back. This is worrying me as I don’t to what is causing this trouble. My father suddenly had a paralysis attack die to shoot up of blood pressure. He immediately got treatment and afftect was seen on his right hand and face. ECO test is showing rwma+. Rest all seems ok.
