Non cardic chest pain
My friends having chest pain in left side from 4 month. ECG tmt and echo are normal.
CT scan also normal.
Lipid profile also normal.
Having high bp.
Visit to many doctors but problem did not dignost.
Please help what should do.
Recently did the b12 and vitamin d test.
B12 is normal and vitamin d is 21.7.
Is it due to vitamin d or some other cause might be there?
And what is the reason of high bp.

Low Vit d is an important and common cause for chest pain.. and here vit d is low
