My father is a heart patient since 2002. From last few days he was having pain in chest even after a lil walk. I have attached his angiograghy report. Can someone please explain it to me in simple words. Also what would be better in his case.. CABG or Stent if stenting then how much will be required. Thanks

Going by the report it is very difficult to say which of the two methods of revascularisation would be better for your father.
Report mentions that distal LAD is diffusely disease. In such cases grafting the LAD is very difficult and graft failure rates are very high.
I would request you to meet a good cardiologist and surgeon in the same sitting and than understand pros and cons of both surgical and trans-catheter revascularisation.
