I am 28 and i have previously asked this question want to know that medication is required for my below cholesterol
Total Cholesterol - 217
Ldl cholesterol - 146
Rest cholesterol report is normal.
Please give advice.

At 28 yrs of age no medication will help you in risk reduction. Only diet and exercise

LDL 146 is high, get thyroid , urine and kidney function tests, ofcourse diet and excercise are required
