I m shashank male age 30 ,weight 80 and my I am taking hypertension medicine ( telmisartan+amlodipine),Today In my lipid profile report - Cholestrl-194 Triglyceride-166 high HDL clstrl- 49 LDL clstrl-114 Non hdl clstrl-145 high Chol/Hdl ratio-4.0 Ldl/hdl ratio-2.3 VLDL-33.2.        high So Plz tell me what should I do now. Values are on the higher side, but you dont need any medicines for it. Need lifestyle modifications in the form of zero alcohol, daily excercise , and high fibre low fat diet
