Chol/Hdl ratio-4.0
Ldl/hdl ratio-2.3
VLDL-33.2. high
So Plz tell me what should I do now. All range are acceptable or not. If now than how to reduce TG level and all..

Values are on the higher side, but you dont need any medicines for it. Need lifestyle modifications in the form of zero alcohol, daily excercise , and high fibre low fat diet
