High triglycerides
Today I have full body checkup. In lipid profile my triglycerides is 623.6 HDL is 58. My ECG is normal.  I am vegetarian. I don't drink. Dont eat outside food often .Dont know why it is so much high? Having medication for diabetes for 3 years. What should I do now to lower this?
