Hello, Do not worry no need to take any medications for this. It will come down after delivery. Just avoid taking red meat and egg yolk as far as possible Take care

Hi mam. Cholesterol and triglycerides will increase in pregnancy to cope up with growing fetus and requirement for more hormones, but cholesterol lowering medication is not advisable. After delivery and breastfeeding usually it will come to normal. Your triglycerides are high so little cautious on taking red meat.
